Site Supervisor (Fuel Station)

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of their fuel station. You will lead a high-performing team, maximize sales, ensure strict regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional service to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fuel and convenience shop inventory, order stock, and minimize fuel variances.
• Oversee daily reconciliations, manage cash handling safely, process banking, and deliver accurate sales reports.
• Responsible for driving sales
• Enforce strict Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards and ensure total compliance with ZERA and EMA regulations.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate fuel attendants, cashiers, and supervisors to maintain high service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly, maintain high station cleanliness, and build strong local customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Degree or Higher National Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Accounting and Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of proven experience in retail management, specifically within the fuel or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
• Excellent leadership, numerical competency, proficiency in retail Point of Sale (POS) software, and strong problem-solving abilities.
