Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate renovations, repairs and property improvements.
- Manage Airbnb and other accommodation listings.
- Find new property owners and follow up on leads.
- Support guest enquiries, bookings and owner updates.
- Visit properties and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Promote B&Bs and rentals; track costs, timelines and records.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in property, project management, business, marketing, hospitality or a related field.
- Organisation, digital confidence and clear communication.
- Initiative, willingness to learn and ability to work independently.
- Relevant internship or attachment experience is an advantage.
