Orange Solar delivers on-demand power to businesses, the agricultural sector and homes across Zimbabwe. We design, install and support commercial and domestic solar systems, commercial generators, cold chain solutions, solar water pumping systems and power distribution networks, and we provide professional energy audits. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business through calls, visits, networking and referrals.
• Follow up every lead within 24 hours and understand each client's power needs.
• Arrange site surveys with our technical team and present quotations.
• Negotiate and close deals across our eight service lines.
• Keep your pipeline up to date every week, from first contact to payment.
• Meet monthly revenue and activity targets.
• Follow up on payments and grow repeat business, service contracts and referrals.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales success, ideally in high-value or business-to-business sales.
• Experience selling solar, electrical equipment or generators is a strong advantage.
• A network of contacts among businesses, farmers, property developers or institutions.
• Confidence, resilience, honesty and the drive to hit targets.
• A clean driver's licence; own transport is an advantage.

Salary

Basic salary plus uncapped commission.
