Marketing Executive (X2) | Harare

Orange Solar delivers on-demand power to businesses, the agricultural sector and homes across Zimbabwe. We design, install and support commercial and domestic solar systems, commercial generators, cold chain solutions, solar water pumping systems and power distribution networks, and we provide professional energy audits. Key Responsibilities

• Plan & run campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, Google, print & radio.
• Generate leads and pass qualified ones to the sales team within 24 hours.
• Create content: social posts, our installations, brochures, videos & website updates.
• Organise trade shows, expos, client open days and industry events.
• Run referral & partnership programmes with all key stakeholders.
• Research target sectors (agriculture, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, property) & track competitors.
• Report monthly on leads by source, cost per lead and the revenue marketing helped win.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience, B2B preferred.
• Experience in solar, energy, engineering or construction is a plus.
• Strong digital and social media skills; design tools like Canva are a plus.
• Good writing, organisation and comfort with numbers and reporting.
• A driver's licence is an advantage.
