Key Responsibilities
- Follow the SOP blindly as required.
- Maintain a clean workstation throughout the day.
- Maintain a professional posture and smile.
- Welcome customers warmly as they enter and assist them politely throughout their ordering process.
- Process cash, card and mobile transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Reconcile the end-of-shift cash drawer correctly.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in the food industry.
- Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
- Must be 18 and above with mature work commitment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle heavy hours.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
- Minimum of 5 O-Level passes.
