About the role
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales Management, Retail Management, Business Management, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in merchandising, retail execution, trade marketing, field sales or sales operations.
- At least 3 years’ experience supervising field-based teams.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, wholesale or retail environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in managing merchandisers, store execution, promotional displays and merchandising audits.
- Professional training in merchandising, trade marketing, route planning, stock management or team supervision will be an added advantage.
