Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Process bookings and admissions, maintain accurate records and capture patient details in TriMed.
  • Verify medical aid membership, benefits and guarantee letters; submit fonder pre-notifications and communicate deposits, balances and shortfalls.
  • Prepare quotations for supervisory authorisation and coordinate bed bookings with nursing staff.
  • Provide professional customer service and liaise with wards and ambulance crews to facilitate timely admissions.
  • Receive, receipt and post payments; reconcile cash, prepare banking documents and complete shift handovers in accordance with procedures.

Requirements

  • Certificate or diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Public Relations or another business related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, customer service, planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
