Key Responsibilities
- Build project plans with clear tasks, milestones, owners and deadlines
- Coordinate content production, contributors and client deliverables
- Set up workflows, checklists and systems that keep operations running smoothly
- Plan and run events - venues, suppliers, speakers, registration and logistics
- Monitor budgets, expenditure, dependencies and delivery risks
- Follow up on commitments, resolve delays and keep projects moving
- Report progress, outstanding actions and decisions required
Requirements
- A degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field or substantial equivalent experience.
- 3+ years delivering projects and managing operations.
- A recognised project management certification is an advantage.
