1. GROUP MINE PLANNING ENGINEER
Job Summary
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Harare, Zimbabwe

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short-, medium- and long-term mine plans and production schedules.
- Optimise resource extraction through geological modelling, mine design and planning software.
- Coordinate with geology and mining teams to achieve production targets.
- Monitor mining costs, budgets and operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years' relevant mine planning experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in mine planning software and modelling tools.
- Professional registration or affiliation with a relevant professional body is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
