Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect for new construction clients and projects.
- Generate leads and secure appointments with potential clients.
- Visit construction sites, developers and property owners.
- Identify customer needs and suitable construction solutions.
- Present and promote the company's construction services.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close profitable sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Generate repeat business and referrals from existing clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets and submit sales reports.
Requirements
- Degree in Business related course
- Drivers License
- A provable track record of sales ability
