Key Responsibilities

  • Processing client orders and invoices.
  • Managing and updating product catalogues and pricing.
  • Preparing sales proposals and quotations (based on basic QS take-offs).
  • Running digital marketing campaigns.
  • Liaising with the sales and carpentry teams.
  • Generating sales reports.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role.
  • Proven knowledge in Digital Marketing (SEO, social media advertising, content creation).
  • Basic understanding of Quantity Surveying concepts (measurements, material take-offs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organized.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Excellent time management.
