We design, install and support commercial and domestic solar systems, commercial generators, cold chain solutions, solar water pumping systems and power distribution networks, and we provide professional energy audits. Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical sales for commercial and industrial projects.
- Carry out site surveys, load assessments and energy audits.
- Design and size solar PV, battery storage, generator and hybrid systems.
- Prepare technical proposals, bills of quantities, single line diagrams and payback analysis.
- Present solutions to engineers, finance managers and boards, and answer technical questions.
- Support the sales representatives on technical matters and train them on our products.
- Hand over won projects smoothly to the installation team.
- Meet your own monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronic or Power Engineering, or Renewable Energy.
- At least 3 years in solar PV, power systems or electrical contracting, including customer-facing work.
- Hands-on knowledge of inverters, batteries, generators and switchgear.
- Design software skills (PVsyst, PV*SOL or AutoCAD) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of ZESA grid-tie requirements is an advantage.
- Clear communication and confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
- A clean driver's licence.
Salary
Competitive salary plus commission on projects you close.
