About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our day-to-day financial records up to Trial Balance in Odoo.
The role involves processing daily transactions, cashbooks, bank reconciliations, supplier accounts, VAT, and landed costs, with a strong focus on inventory control including stock movements, stock counts, FIFO costing, cost of sales, and variance investigations. You will also prepare monthly management accounts and variance analyses, ensure accurate matching of sales and inventory records, track customer orders and delivery documentation, maintain organized financial filing, and liaise with stores, procurement, and sales to resolve discrepancies
