About the role

JOB PURPOSE

Promotes company products and campaigns by engaging customers at outlets, events and activations, explaining products and offers, and reporting back on customer feedback.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promote approved products, campaigns and offers to customers in a friendly, professional way.

  • Explain product features, benefits, prices and promotions using approved information only.

  • Set up, look after and pack away promotional stands, displays and materials.

  • Hand out flyers, samples and promotional items, and account for all materials used.

  • Attend product and campaign briefings before each activation.

  • Collect customer feedback and note competitor activity at the activation site.

  • Refer interested customers and questions to the sales team or outlet staff.

  • Complete daily promoter reports and attendance records on time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least five O Levels, including English Language.

  • A certificate in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service or a related field is an advantage.

  • At least 1 year's experience in promotions, retail sales, customer service or brand activation is preferred.

  • Able to complete forms and use basic mobile reporting tools.

KEY SKILLS

Confidence with people, clear speaking, customer service, basic selling, punctuality, neat presentation and teamwork.
