Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate embroidery machines.
- Load designs and select appropriate threads, needles and materials.
- Prepare and hoop garments correctly.
- Monitor stitching quality and correct errors.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
- Manage production timelines and material inventory.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of embroidery machines and digitised designs.
- Well versed with Wilcom design Software & digitised designs.
- Good attention to detail and colour recognition.
- Strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work long shifts and meet production deadlines.
