Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily furniture production operations.
- Supervise production staff and allocate duties.
- Manage raw materials, stock and warehouse inventory.
- Monitor production quality and turnaround times.
- Ensure efficient use of materials and minimise wastage.
- Coordinate orders, deliveries and dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised production environment.
- Prepare regular production and stock reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse and/or production management.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent organisational and stock-control skills.
- Ability to plan, solve problems and meet deadlines.
- Honest, accountable and results-oriented.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
