Key Responsibilities
- Market research: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Pipeline development: Assess market trends and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client engagement: Manage key client accounts, conduct client meetings, understand business pain points, and present tailored solutions.
- Proposal and sales support: Lead and support proposal generation, commercial presentations, and negotiations to secure strategic clients.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Technical, Operations, and Finance teams to align product capabilities with client expectations.
- Reporting: Track opportunity conversions, maintain client registers, and report progress regularly to the Commercial Manager.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in sales or marketing from MAZ or a recognised body is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years' experience in sales and marketing.
