Requirements

• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and point-of-sale systems)
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Good product knowledge in agricultural, veterinary, electrical, hardware, and plumbing products
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Cash handling and stock management knowledge will be an added advantage
• Previous sales experience in the agriculture, veterinary, hardware, electrical, or plumbing sectors will be an added advantage
