Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Verify inventory quantities and descriptions against purchase orders. Record and report any discrepancies or damages found during receipt.
- Organize and store received items in designated inventory locations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely processing and distribution of merchandise.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in Quickbooks and Pastel. Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits.
- Keep the receiving area clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and delivery personnel.
- Respond to inquiries regarding inventory and deliveries.
Requirements
- Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or any related field.
- Driver's License is a must.
- Knowledge of Pastel and QuickBooks is an added advantage.
