Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the school's strategic vision and academic objectives
• Oversee curriculum delivery, teaching standards and student performance
• Monitor academic progress and implement targeted support and enrichment programmes
• Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to educators
• Lead staff development, performance evaluations and team collaboration
• Manage the school budget and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with education legislation, safety regulations and institutional policies
• Promote student achievement, university and career readiness, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Educational Administration or a related field
• Business Administration qualification
• Strong Christian background
• Proven leadership and staff management abilities
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and mediation skills
• Strong data analysis, budgeting and organisational skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that support academic excellence
