Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and inspecting deliveries
- Inventory and stock control
- Stock rotation (FIFO) and waste monitoring
- Maintaining food safety and correct storage standards
- Issuing stock against authorised requisitions
- Coordinating with chefs and suppliers
- Preparing stock and variance reports
- Assisting with invoice verification and purchase requests
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Stores Management, Procurement or a related field
- Relevant stores/inventory management experience
- Hospitality or F&B experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of stock management systems; GAAP is an added advantage
- Strong organisational, negotiation and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to proactively monitor stock levels
