Thirty (30) Positions

The Zimbabwe Independent Complaints Commission (ZICC) is the independent mechanism required by section 210 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe and established under the Zimbabwe Independent Complaints Commission Act [Chapter 10:34]. It is the only commission established under Chapter 11 of the Constitution, which governs the Security Services. The Commission receives and investigates complaints from members of the public about misconduct by members of the security services, and provides for the remedying of harm caused by such misconduct.

Guided by its core values of Independence, Justice, Truth, Transparency and Integrity, the Commission provides an accessible and impartial accountability framework that safeguards human rights, strengthens professionalism within the security services and builds public confidence in state institutions.

To implement its strategic priorities and strengthen its Secretariat, the Commission invites applications from suitably qualified, ethical and results-oriented candidates for the thirty (30) positions, comprising thirty-five (35) posts, set out in Section 2.
