About the role
We are seeking a disciplined and experienced Sergeant to join our security team in Harare. The successful candidate will supervise guards, enforce company standards, and ensure the safety and security of all assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security guards
- Enforce company policies, procedures and disciplinary standards
- Conduct site inspections, patrols and risk assessments
- Train, mentor and evaluate security personnel
- Respond to incidents, emergencies and security breaches
- Maintain accurate duty rosters, logs and incident reports
- Liaise with clients and law enforcement authorities when required
Requirements
- At least 3 years of security guarding experience, with proven supervisory experience
- Must be 30 years of age and above
- Valid National ID and clean criminal record
- Must be physically fit and willing to work shifts, including nights
