About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer to join our team in Harare. The successful candidate will drive brand awareness, grow our client base, and support the marketing and business development of Strike Security.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Strike Security services
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)
- Create engaging content, adverts and promotional material
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Support the sales team with marketing campaigns and events
- Prepare regular marketing reports and performance updates
Requirements
- Must be 30 years of age and above
- Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field
- Active social media presence (Facebook, TikTok or Instagram handle required)
- Must be willing to travel
- At least 1 year of working experience in marketing or a related role
- Experience in marketing security services is an added advantage
- Strong communication, creativity and organisational skills
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends
- A driver's licence is an added advantage
