Key Responsibilities
- Providing technical support and logging IT service requests
- Troubleshooting Hardware, software and peripherals
- Assist with setting up, configuring and maintaining workstations, laptops and printers.
- Assist with basic network administration, software installations and updates.
- Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
- Studying towards a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science or National Diploma in any IT related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Computer literacy.
- Police clearance is a mandatory requirement.
