Key Responsibilities
- Product delivery: Coordinate end-to-end delivery; turn requirements into plans and milestones; track progress and report to the CTO
- Coordination with Operations: Clarify requirements with Business Analysts; agree acceptance criteria before build; coordinate user acceptance testing
- Quality assurance: Lead the QA team and testing standards; drive functional, regression and exploratory testing; track defects to resolution
- Release readiness: Ensure releases are tested, documented and approved; coordinate release notes, communication and post-release checks
- Continuous improvement: Spot recurring defects and bottlenecks; improve handover, testing and release processes; capture lessons learned
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Systems
- 5+ years in software delivery, QA, engineering or project coordination
- Proven record coordinating software development and releases
- Strong grasp of the SDLC, testing, defect management and QA
