Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer preventive and planned maintenance schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and maintenance compliance.
- Generate maintenance reports and analyse equipment downtime.
- Coordinate maintenance activities between sites and workshops.
- Ensure maintenance records are updated and accurately maintained.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
Requirements
- National Foundation Certificate in Diesel Plant Maintenance
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Valid Class 4 Driver's Licence.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
- Experience working in construction or mining environments is essential.
- Sound knowledge of heavy earthmoving and mining equipment maintenance.
