About the role
The successful applicants will undergo a 2-year intensive training with special focus on water supply, irrigation and drainage engineering for both Chisumbanje and Middle Sabi Estates.

Key Responsibilities
- Designing and modifying new and existing water supply, irrigation and drainage systems.
- Installing water supply, irrigation and drainage systems.
- Managing water reticulation operations.
- Managing agronomic irrigation practices for sugarcane crops under various irrigation systems.
- Repairing and maintaining irrigation and drainage structures and components.
Requirements
- A degree in Agricultural Engineering / Irrigation / related with at least 2.1 class
- Recent graduates Aged 30 and below.
- Good trouble shooting and problem-solving skills, with high knowledge of safe working standards and housekeeping.
- A team player.
