Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
- 5-8 years' experience in sales or BD within BPO, call centres, shared services, or outsourcing
- Proven record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and overseeing service delivery/operations
- Strong expertise in BPO service models, SLAs, KPIs, and CRM platforms
