Key Responsibilities
- Seek out eligible clients for loans
- Increase loan revenue by achieving sales targets
- Conduct effective loan evaluations
- Track and maintain loan and credit information
- Guide customers on loan amounts if rejected
- Explain financial risks and conduct financial literacy training for all customers
- Engage in marketing
- Ensure effective client retention
- Conduct effective debt collection
- Maintaining Par30 below 5%
Requirements
- Experience in business loans
- Knowledge of Harare markets
- At least one year of driving experience with a clean licence.
- Commercial Degree/Diploma.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- At least one year of SME lending experience
