• Skylake Drilling and Civils is recruiting a Group Human Resources Manager to lead people operations for Skylake
• and Crystal Cleareview Fencing. The role will build consistent HR practices across both companies while supporting
• their separate managers, office teams and field crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and workforce planning for both companies.
• Maintain accurate contracts, personnel records, policies and HR reporting; coordinate payroll inputs and statutory matters with Accounting.
• Advise managers on Zimbabwean labour law, disciplinary and grievance processes, and applicable employment council requirements.
• Support supervisors in building safe, accountable field teams and practical training plans for site and office staff.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration with an HR specialisation, or a closely related field.
• At least eight years of progressive HR experience, including three years leading an HR function or managing senior employee relations matters.
• Sound working knowledge of Zimbabwean labour law, employment contracts, disciplinary procedures and HR compliance.
• Strong judgement, confidentiality, record management, conflict resolution and communication skills.
