About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Nutritionist with proven experience in feed formulation to join our poultry operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing poultry nutrition, improving flock performance, and ensuring cost-effective feed strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement feed formulations for broilers, layers, and breeders.
- Monitor feed conversion ratios (FCR) and adjust diets to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct nutritional analysis of raw materials and finished feed.
- Collaborate with veterinary and production teams to ensure flock health and productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to farm staff on feed management.
- Research and recommend innovative nutritional solutions to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in poultry feed formulation.
- Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition, raw material evaluation, and feed manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in feed formulation software (e.g., Format International, Brill, or similar).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
