As an Airport Lounge Receptionist, you are the primary point of contact welcoming guests into our premium departure lounge. Your role is to deliver a seamless, high-end hospitality experience, managing guest check-ins, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a pristine, relaxing environment before passengers embark on their journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Your main duties include verifying passenger credentials, boarding passes, and lounge access memberships using automated check-in systems.
• You will assist guests with questions about lounge amenities, monitor flight status updates, and liaise with housekeeping and catering teams to keep seating areas clean and stocked.
• Additionally, you will handle guest requests and resolve minor complaints with speed and diplomacy.

Requirements

• Candidates should hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with a background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Customer Service preferred.
• You must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role within hotels, airlines, or premium customer service environments.
• You need strong computer skills, including experience with lounge check-in databases or point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required, and fluency in additional international languages is a strong advantage when interacting with international travelers.
• We are looking for individuals who maintain flawless professional grooming and a high level of poise under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate stressful situations calmly are essential for success in this role.
