Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and processing of accounting records and financial transactions.
• Capturing and maintaining accurate financial data.
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank and cash reconciliations.
• Assisting with preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.
• Assisting with payroll-related accounting processes where required.
• Maintaining proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assisting with preparation of financial reports and schedules.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes.
• Assisting with statutory and financial compliance requirements.
• Performing any other accounting duties assigned by the Finance Department.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognised institution.
• Recent graduate with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Good computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively as part of a team.
