Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the mine's operations.
- Ensure safe, efficient and productive mining operations in line with company goals and industry standards.
- Manage production, costs, people and equipment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree an added advantage).
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior management role within the mining industry, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong safety, financial, and people management skills.
