Requirements

- Strong leadership and staff-management ability.
- A caring but appropriately authoritative approach to pupil welfare and discipline.
- The ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, order, safety, and presentation.
- Sound judgement and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
- A strong understanding of child safeguarding and protection.
- The ability to communicate professionally with pupils, parents, staff, and management.
- Reliability, discretion, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrable experience will be advantageous.
