{"@context":"https://schema.org/","@type":"JobPosting","title":"Business Analyst ","description":"<h4>JOB PURPOSE</h4><p>Turns sales, customer, market and campaign data into clear reports and insights that help the Sales and Marketing team make better decisions and grow revenue.</p><h4>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h4><ul><li>Analyse sales performance by region, customer, product and channel against targets.</li><li>Build and maintain sales dashboards and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.</li><li>Track market trends, competitor activity and customer performance, and flag risks and opportunities.</li><li>Support sales forecasting, target setting and annual sales planning.</li><li>Measure the results of marketing campaigns and promotions, including return on investment.</li><li>Analyse merchandising and margin data to identify gaps and profit risks.</li><li>Check data for accuracy and fix or escalate errors before reports go out.</li><li>Prepare management packs and handle ad hoc analysis requests.</li></ul><h4>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE</h4><ul><li>Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Finance or a related field.</li><li>3 to 5 years' experience in business, sales or market analysis or management reporting.</li><li>Experience in FMCG, distribution, wholesale or retail is preferred.</li><li>Strong Excel skills.
